The building was completed in 2006 comprised of 41-storey with 417 residential units and 163 parking spaces. All units on Level 12 to Level 41 are fully sold. Over 75% of the units on Level 1 to Level 11 are sold. The remaining units have been renovated and converted into serviced apartments for rental purpose and generated satisfactory income.
